Sharada is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a member of Institute of Directors. She is also a Certified Trainer and NLP master practitioner.

Sharada brings with her a rich professional experience of over 25 years, leading teams and businesses with organizations like A F Ferguson, Times of India, Turner-Miditech, Zee Entertainment Enterprises.

Across her corporate career, Sharada has been enthusiastic, empathetic, result oriented, a creative strategic thinker and an excellent executor. Her roles straddle areas of Business Strategy, Creativity and Innovation, Collaboration & Team building, Execution Excellence and Financial management. Sharada has guided and mentored managers to become successful leaders.

Given Sharada’s contribution to the industry she has been chosen as one of Impact’s ‘50 Most Influential Women’ in Marketing, Media and Advertising in 2015 and is the recipient of ‘Exemplary Women Leadership Achievement Award’ from World Women leadership Congress, 2016.

Sharada enjoys writing, singing, dancing, travelling, story-telling. She blogs about Heartfelt experiences of Life. She loves people, is curious, fun loving and humorous. She is a writer and has published three collections of poems titled, The Illegitimate tree (2010), The Silver Sparrow (2018) and Poetry in a Pandemic (2020).
